Graffiti Richmond

Photos and videos of street art, graffiti, tags, wheat pastes, yarn bombs,stencils, an so on located on the fine streets of Richmond Virginia. Feel free to submit your findings to Graffitirichmond@gmail.com seeing as it's hard to catch 'em all before they're buffed. Remember: No photos of people in the illegal act. And no, I don't work for the cops-ain't nobody got time for that.

Last September, local street artist Larry Lorca had a run in with a freight train and lived to tell the tale. He will be showing the drawings (and paintings based off those drawings) he did during his lengthy hospital stay at Steady Sounds in April. Poet and visual artist Joshua Poteat will also be showing new work and there might even be a collaboration between the two. Reception on First Friday. Larry Lorca will also have work up in April at 821 Cafe as well.
